Writing Letters

هناك نوعان من الرسائل

1- رسائل Business letters المراسلات التجارية \ طلبات الالتحاق بعمل \ رسائل الحجز في الفنادق

2- رسائل الاصدقاءFrindly letters التهنئة \ الشكر \ الاعتذار \ طلب شيئ

ملاحظات علي كتابة الخطاب:

1- عنوان المرسل اليه يكون هاما في النوع الاول Business letters و يكتب علي الجانب الأيسر (وهو نفس العنوان الذي يوضع علي المظروف الخارجي

2- في خطابات العمل يكتب النضمون بلغة واضحة ولا يكتب فيها اختصارات ولا يتم فيها السؤال عن الصحة او اي ناحية أسرية

3- في خطابات العمل يتم كتابة اسم الشخص بخط واضح وتحتها وظيفته
